@_The_Prophet__ One more possibility- a truly UNSOPHISTICATED actor, with lots of coin, who doesnt know - or care - how to trade for best (or even better) execution. Just wants out. (Remember Germany???). Who might that be you ask? Dunno…
@Croesus_BTC Right on JM, as usual. It’s called “Buy & Hold”. It used to be fashionable in Trad-Fi. Not so much any more. Once again, BTC fixes that…

@luke_broyles There's a wall of Institutional-ish $$ trying to time their entry- they've already missed the 20k, 30k, now 40k-do they wait and risk having to pay 100k? 200? ouch
@Croesus_BTC As a former Institutional PM, I can say this time really is different! Imagine having to go back to that client who committed $$ to your fund, having invested it AFTER the price ROSE ~300% or more? You KNOW that price rip is going to happen. But what can you do? Ouch-tough convo

@boazweinstein@WarrenPies Plot any (crappy) stock vs. it’s CDs. Say DB… bond spreads blow out when stock drops <$10. I’d do it but I no longer have a Bberg. Look up Merton model or any good quant credit paper. As @FossGregfoss says - watch the bonds not the stocks
