@helen_barnowl @lozzlemcfozzle @juliaisobela Yes sleep is so very important so if on them long term very little point in trying to withdraw it. Though long term use associated cognitive impairment. I usually try phenergan or sleep station cbt in first instance for new patients having sleep issues
