Why does nobody reply to support requests?

Whether it’s technical support, or support for mismanaged/incomplete orders nobody ever gets back to me

I’m a fire member at Taco Bell.
Starting to get pissed off when an order is wrong but nobody at Taco Bell seems to care

I’ve sent the “contact us” form a few times on poor service or downright wrong orders/missing items.

Taco Bell never once has responded.

@McDonalds on the other hand, easier escalation process and they CALLED me back in under a week to discuss further.
