@British_Airways does your flight BA106 actually exist? looking on here at people that have been delayed from #DBX to #LHR on flight BA106 and it almost never leaves within 5hrs of its stated time!! We’ve been delayed 6hrs today so have chosen to try again in 24hrs time. So bad !

@proximainvest @TheOneWhoTrades @ChrisRamsey60 Higher rate income tax at almost 50% I’m not too sure. You’ve got to be very savvy claw back the tax’s or you’ll be giving away 1/2 of your income every year here.

@proximainvest @TheOneWhoTrades @ChrisRamsey60 You also personally give the Ltd company a loan for the initial fees (here 30% deposit on property is about normal for commercial) that means the first £100k (on a £300k property) is completely tax free as it was a loan/debt. So you run e and repeat.

@proximainvest @TheOneWhoTrades @ChrisRamsey60 Ltd Company in the UK has to pay 19% corporation tax irrespective of the directors taxable position.… but ONLY on profits made. So you refinance property into debt every 5 years or so (your in debt but have the equity in hand & your tenant pays the loan by way of rent)
