@WokingfcReport Certainly hope you're right pal. I hope Mark Hughes leaving doesn't backfire on us though. 95 points last season isn't to be sniffed at in any division. There is a lot of expectancy on Elliot's shoulders to deliver the same, if not better.
@_theawayends It's far more stupid the FA Cup semi-finals being there. Wembley should always be the end goal, the focal point to aim for at the end of a cup competition.
@_theawayends I don't have any issue with this play-off final being at Wembley. As far as I'm concerned whatever clubs have reached it have earned the right to play there. Doesn't matter if you're Manchester United or Boreham Wood.
@DarranPearce They had a lad from West Brom on-loan called Whitwell earlier in the season who was good, but once he was recalled their season seemed to unravel thereafter and it exposed Savage's managerial limitations. Comical panic buying ensuing from him.
@DarranPearce Also, to a degree Southend. I'm not sure Kevin Maher is quite the man to get them up. He's similarly cautious tactically as Mark Hughes is for us. I undoubtedly see Garrard at BH as the best gaffer of the top finishing sides that will be in the National League next season.
@DarranPearce Surely the same can be applied to Forest Green on that front? Can't be having Robbie Savage personally. Too much main character syndrome about him.
@DarranPearce I suspect the bookies will have us as favourites but I concede there are caveats to our chances namely the managerial situation that needs addressing.
@DarranPearce Barrow and Harrogate are historically both non-League level clubs and neither strikes me as being obvious for an immediate EFL return. Barrow could easily be fighting at the wrong end next season.
