We very reluctantly paid the ransom money and boarded the flight but just to let you know @Ryanair you almost ruined our holiday we will never go near another Ryanair flight as long as we live .. You really need to work on the customer relations with your staff.. appalling

When 2 of our party were asked to put their cases in the measuring gauge and both cases duly fitted quite comfortably.. Then the smug arrogant young man on the desk said no it’s over the line!!! And promptly snarled at us if we didn’t pay £150 for the cases we wouldn’t be flying

@barneyrednews They apparently block the signal so people don’t stream the matches live on their phones . Funny that the only match I got a signal this season was the carabao cup match!
