No idea, brand new model Y, no pending updates. On a small 20km commute I had to interrupt it 3 times, the most serious was stopping at a red light and then 20 seconds later deciding to carry on, it then tried to cross a solid white line on the mototway 5 minutes later as well.
The third time was me just helping it around a blocked lane.

Different drive but last night it parked terribly in a carpark as well.
