Sounds fair.

But it breaks:

Protection from dangerous pathogens ≠ everyday microbial exposure.

We’ve reduced risk and environmental diversity — people mix the two.

@TUIUK We met people on TUI holidays due to return yesterday who finally got hotel at 4:30am (with kids) and were told it was an adults only hotel and the kids couldn’t eat breakfast in dining room or leave their bedroom and explore hotel <<< this is TERRIBLE 😡😡😞😞

@TUIUK #marella You completely messed up TOM7573 flight from Corfu to BHX - flight arrived on time, and left on time…. ….you just decided to leave 30passengers on ship for 5hrs, then transferred us to airport knowing we had no flight. You just wanted us off ship 😡😡

@TUIUK Hi Rachel @TUIUK - sourced our own hotel and booked our own TUI flights back on Monday - will be chasing up re:compensation as were not willing to wait further in airport (as others had to) and then hope to get hotel and flights today (which is looking unlikely) - total shambles
