@im_saved The SBC is a mess, bro. So divided and plenty of ungodliness going unchecked. I believe RM was seeking to uphold truth and many in the Convention weren't having it, esp those serving on the Executive Committee at the time of his departure. Protecting the base is what mattered.

I'm waiting for my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ (especially "evangelical SBC" pastors) who support Trump to publicly denounce Trump and what he has incited. These actions are indefensible.
