I was inspired to create my own version of the Bitcoin Iceberg. I’m sure everyone’s will be different, but here are the concepts, people and events that really made Bitcoin click for me.
@MKTGBTC@new_randy We all know how hard it is to get someone to understand Bitcoin. In episode 3 we dive into why Bitcoin needs education and marketing to convey it’s benefits

@zerohedge Not sure I believe that. A stoke usually comes on differently. You don’t stand around confusing and jumbling up facts for over an hour. Mayne a bad day, but it looked a lot more like dementia and everyone knew. Pretty shameful
@FirstSquawk@BTCYN It’s an easy trap to fall into.
Infinite scrolling.
Infinite entertainment.
Infinite convenience.
Very little meaning, novelty, community, struggle, or anticipation.
@_The_Prophet__ This is a highly rational move.
Eventually you figure out that a few years of salary, converted into assets, can start growing faster than your income.
@pete_rizzo_ Wasn’t that long ago that Jamie Dimon said he would fire JPMorgan traders caught trading Bitcoin. Everyone will come around eventually, willingly or not.
@unusual_whales Really sad. One group watches their portfolios and home equity soar.
The other watches groceries, rent, insurance and interest payments completely consume their already low earnings.
@unusual_whales Everyone can measure subs and token consumption. Very few can measure actual productivity.
I guess we’ll see how much the redesigned workflows, incentives, and products drive growth and if it can keep up with unbelievable expectations.
@Cointelegraph Italy actually needs this more than most. They have weak growth, aging demographics, high debt, and younger generations increasingly locked out of wealth creation who need some new financial rails.
