🚨David Sinclair: “AI helped us do 160 years of biology work in two months.”
ROGAN: “What?!”
SINCLAIR: “We’re looking for molecules, a single molecule that can replace this cocktail... You need a molecule to do three or four activities in the cell. Finding one activity is what pharmaceutical companies do. It takes hundreds of millions, if not billions, to make a drug.”
“My little lab of 20 people and students are trying to make one drug do three or four different things. That’s beyond the reach of pharmaceutical experience, at least five years ago.”
“This funnel is full of a trillion molecules, and we have to come down to one. We don’t look for a trillion molecules at the bench. That would take 160 or thousands of years... so we do it inside the computer.”
“We just use a lot of compute, and we dock each of these molecules against the enzymes that we now know how they work, thanks to Google DeepMind solving the problem of how all our proteins look, 20,000 of them.”
1 trillion candidate molecules.
Filtered to 200.
Two months.
“Next week, we’re testing these 200 against human cells, and we’ve also got AI helping us tell if the human cells go from 92 years old back to 20. We can tell that just by looking at them, thanks to AI.”
Dr. David Sinclair is a Harvard geneticist and one of the world's leading longevity researchers.
Fascinating to hear how he's using AI to compress 160 years of biology work into two months.
What other decades of work is about to become two months?

What a lesson to learn from the GOAT.
When everything seems to not be going your way, down 1-0 and you are entrusted with the opportunity to tie it up for your team and country and the keeper blocks your PK. Most let their mind tell them, “You suck. That was your opportunity and you choked.” Then you go down 2-0 in the 67th minute. Most would let frustration seep in and think, “Wow, it’s over. We lost.”
But what does the GOAT do?
He doesn’t let his mind go there. He doesn’t let frustration get the best of him. He digs deeper, decides to play his heart out, and sees it through. He finds his teammate’s head, creating an assist in the 79th minute.
2-1, let’s go! ¡vamos!
He then rips a half-volley beauty to the back of the net in the 83rd minute, making him the outright Golden Boot leader, breaking another WC record, now with 21 goals, and to top it off the legendary announcer chants an emotional, tearful, voice-cracking “Gooooooooool!” [Thanks for that Andrés Cantor]
It’s un-believable…
But the game is not won. It’s 2-2 and overtime is looming. The opponent could score at any moment, killing the unbelievable dream that may just be written in the stars.
It’s no surprise that the GOAT keeps digging, sprinting, and falling to his knees with some near goal-scoring chances. Even believers doubted but in the 92nd minute his teammates seal the victory with a beautiful cross and header, and the odds-defying third goal comes. All three scored within 13 minutes! The opposing team is shocked and infuriated, the color yellow now painting the opposing players. An unclassy ending for a near-Cinderella team that had a remarkable story, frustrated to have witnessed such an incredible comeback in real time by the defending champions. How lucky we all are to be witnessing the GOAT continuing to write his legendary story.

Grok just helped me fix my AC for only $43.
Bad capacitor + charred contactor + melted wires from an arc fault. I cut back the damaged wiring, crimped on new harnesses, replaced the contactor and capacitor, cleaned the coils, and swapped the filters. My AC is now blowing cold again 🙌🏼
Can’t wait for a home Optimus powered by Grok that I can just tell: “Go fix the AC.” It’ll diagnose the problem, order the parts, grab the tools, make the repair, test it, and clean up.
Grok’s making DIY way easier. The future is going to be wild.
Never have I ever attempted to fix my AC before, but here we are. The joys of homeownership are better with Grok.
Kevin O'Leary says getting divorced is the stupidest economic decision you can ever make
"If you're happy 51% of the day with your wife or husband, stay with them. Every time you get divorced, you pay the person you divorced and you pay the government a third"
"This is the stupidest thing you can ever do. It took your whole life to actually create this nest egg. Think about that for a while because you are going to wipe out up to two thirds of your wealth. You better really like somebody else a lot"
"And frankly, sometimes it's not the other person that you're divorcing. It's you. You're the problem and you should probably not get into another economic union. You should probably just date till you drop dead because it's stupid"
GTA 6 is about to create more millionaires than crypto has ever done.

Here're 14 ways to make millions on GTA 6:
By prioritizing long-term performance, operational excellence, and lifecycle value while remaining disciplined on capital expenditures, teams can deliver stronger outcomes for all stakeholders across the full ~25YR asset life.
Last week I had the opportunity to visit the largest string inverter project in the U.S., a 600 MW solar plus 1,900 MWh storage project in Northern Arizona featuring @waareegroup modules on @NextpowerInc trackers, @CPS_America string inverters, and @teslaenergy storage.
This project highlights what becomes possible when developers, engineers, equipment suppliers, utilities, and financiers collaborate to move beyond traditional equipment selection approaches.
At this year’s @infocast_events Solar Power Finance & Investment, a panel discussed these operational expenditure advantages with financiers & investors.
For IPPs focused on long-term asset performance, this choice supports stronger returns & a superior customer experience over the full operating life.
Improved bankability & customer experience: Higher uptime & more stable production profiles strengthen project financing terms & deliver greater confidence to offtakers such as APS.
