@TaraBull808 I am over 55 so Arizona is a good place to go to buy a smaller unit to live in. You can pick up small mobiles for anywhere from 4000 to 40,000. The monthly rent on the land it sits on it about 600. so electricity water insurance on my small house total monthly is about $750
