Thankfully. Plus, C18 will hurt startup techs relying on content sharing as they can’t monitor/manage this. C18 is misguided.

Plus, the bonuses were for regular employees, many who wouldn’t have a clue about the SVB balance sheet. However, the execs could, and should, be looked at.
