Banks spent a decade telling clients to stay away from Bitcoin.
Then they built the ETFs.
Then they started holding it on their own balance sheets.
Now they publish research telling you how much of it to buy.
@WARRENG39 This has been my overriding feeling for a year. Football is broken, it’s been bought and is now owned by a cartel. BUT we won the FA cup and no one can take that away from us.
I strangely feel quite chilled about this summer's transfer chaos. I have seen my team win the FA Cup at Wembley and then lift a European Trophy in Leipzig. It will never be as good as the last 24 months and I can deal with that as nobody can take those memories away 👍
I don’t like talking about changing before November. The 2nd international break at least.
But also can’t ignore that it’s been 12 months of rubbish. And always passing the buck.
That’s the 2nd time he’s blamed fans.
There can’t be a 3rd.
Sick of it.

@terryrees3@OrientOutlook Everyone told me I was wrong last season when I suggested Wellens go. Give him time, he needs money, better players etc. He’s had the finances spent, he claims he can bring out the best in players. Maybe it’s not the players that are the problem but him?
@Orientsphincter@OrientOutlook Just watched it again. More bizarre second time round. What message does it send to the players when the manager has basically written you off three games into a 46 game season? #lofc
@DulcetDave@msorient We don’t expect to be in and around the playoffs. Not sure who Wellens is speaking to, we expect a manager who knows how to get his teams to compete and play for the badge, looks like these players don’t wanna play for him.
I still hate every bit of this. I’m not an accountant for Crystal Palace Football Club & I don’t care about the business side of it. Selling to a bloke who got us thrown out of a European comp & is now suing us is a joke - especially when it improves them. Rank all round. #cpfc
I am a proud Bitcoin Maxi, as defined by @saylor below:
“Bitcoin Maximalism is the conviction that Bitcoin represents a fundamental economic breakthrough: the strongest digital property, the most credible monetary network, and an instrument of economic empowerment for billions of people. It can be grounded in ethics—the defense of property rights—and in utility—the ability to preserve and transfer capital without dependence on an issuer.”
Look, I don’t want to be Mary Whitehouse, but I find it incredibly disrespectful to our country and to the Crown, for the PM to be dressed like this on official business, representing us on the international stage. Put on a suit and tie, man. This performative humility is pure egotism.
@AdAmCpFc91 I don’t care who comes in just get the fucking big stiff idiot out of palace. He’s exactly the type of distraction no one needs going into a fresh season for the love of god.
