מדובר בביב שופכין, בתמצית הרוע והרשע שחלק��ם מהשמאל הישראלי הדרדר אליו וביחוד תקשורת הזוהמה והתרעלה.

זה מתחבר ל"סערה" רק מהבוקר על המילואמיניק שהוכה "בגלל כלב", ל"תדהמה" על שטרות שנכתב עליהם "נמות ולא נתגייס", ול"דמוקרטים" שמנסים לרמוס ולהשתיק את התקשורת החופשית.

פשוט מדהים שהם עוד מדברים על "מכונת רעל" ועל "הסתה", "פילוג" ו"שיסוי".

מדובר בתהומות שאין להם תחתית ולריקבון שמזהם ומסכן את כל סביבתו.

אין, פשוט אין לנו ברירה. דווקא בימים הללו כשהם מפיצים שנאת חינם ושקרים שגם בר קמצא לא יכול היה להמציא, חייבים לזכור ולהזכיר, להתריע ולבצר את החומות.

אסור לתת להם להחריב את הבית!

התגובה לבג״ץ של בהרב מיארה התבססה על מכתב לשר המשפטים שהיא שלחה לו זמן קצר לפני כן.

במכתב היא לועגת ליועצת המשפטית של משרד המשפטים יעל קוטיק.

בהרב מיארה מלכתחילה ליוותה את החקירה בלי שפנתה כנדרש לקבל חוות דעת מה��ועצת המשפטית של משרד המשפטים כדי שתקבע אם מותר לה לעסוק בתיק בשל ניגוד עניינים אישי בו היא מצויה.

רק לאחר שהגיעו התלונות והעתירות, בהרב מיארה ביקשה בלית ברירה חוות דעת מקוטיק.

היא ציפתה לקבל אישור זריז.

קוטיק הכריעה ההפך.

מה עשתה היועצת המשפטית לממשלה, האשה שצריכה להוות דוגמה ומודל ליחס לשומרי הסף ולחוות דעת מקצועיות?

היא שולחת מכתב פומבי לשר לוין, האומר שאמנם היא משכה את ידיה לאחר חוות הדעת, אך לאחר מכן הוסיפה כך:

"חוות הדעת גובשה מבלי שנערך בירור עובדתי, ולכן עוד נדרש לעשותו מול גורמי החקירה המוסמכים. עריכת חוות הדעת ללא הבירור הנדרש הובילה לכך שהנחות מרכזיות שעליהן מבוססת חוות הדעת אינן נכונות, וממילא גם מסקנתה. בנוסף, האמור בה אינו תואם תקדימי עבר".

כלומר, היא זו שפונה (בדיעבד) לקוטיק - ולאחר שהיא מקבלת חוות דעת שקובעת שהיא בניגוד עניינים, היא בו��רת ללעוג לה ולהציג אותה כשרלטנית.

לאחר מכן, המכתב הזה מוגש לבג״ץ. במקום שהעמדה שתוגש לבג״ץ תהיה של היועצת המשפטית של משרד המשפטים כי העמדה שלה בענייני ניגוד עניינים מחייבת את היועצת המשפטית לממשלה - בפועל קורה ההפך.

העמדה היא של בהרב מיארה.

בסיום התגובה לבג״ץ היא מוסיפה כך: ״טרם חתימה יצוין כי נמסר מהיועצת המשפטית של משרד המשפטים כי היא מסתייגת מן האמור בסעיף 9 למכתב וצירופו, שכן מדובר בבחינת ״דבר והיפוכו״.

כלומר, יש נושא אחד ויחיד בו נקבע בפירוש שבו כפופה היועצת המשפטית לממשלה ליועצת המשפטית למשרד המשפטים.

והנה הדבר האחד והיחיד הזה היא דואגת לזלזל פומ��ית בחוות הדעת שקיבלה, ובתגובה לבג״ץ על העתירה בנושא הזה - היא מציגה את עמדתה במקום שהתגובה תיכתב ותאושר על ידי הגורם המוסמך להכריע.

בדיוק ההפך מהסטנדרט שהיא מחילה על שרים כאשר עמדתה המקצועית הפוכה.

כאשר מוגשת עתירה נגד שר בה עמדתה הפוכה מדברי השר - העמדה המקצועית לה היא זו שנכתבת בתגובה. וכמחווה של רצון טוב היא מסכימה לכתוב בכמה מילים מה העמדה של השר.

TODAY, Muslims can boast 53 Islamic nations, covering 25% of the world's landmass - around 11.2 MILLION square miles.

The Jews just want Israel. Just one tiny nation that they can call home. 0.071% of what Muslim's currently demand as 'theirs.'

But this is the land that the Jews truly come from.

Because Judaea predates the invention of Islam by thousands of years.

The Jewish faith and the creation of Monotheism, which led to Christianity around 1,500 years later, emerged from Israel. As a Christian, I have no issue with this truth. And the Jewish people have welcomed me with warmth and generosity. They have preserved my sacred sites and made sure it is safe for me to worship in peace. Even if they don't recognise my Messiah, they want to be sure that I can worship Him.

It was another 1000 years after Christ that suddenly Islam was invented, (strangely, using exactly the same Holy Sites, and adopting a twisted version of its Judaeo-Christian predecessors) It claimed to be 'final'

It then set about expelling all other faiths from what were their own lands, building over their Holy Sites, and waging wars wherever it spread.

Look at Lebanon, Turkey, Syria...Once thriving Christian lands. Now largely too unsafe, or at the very least hostile, towards any Christians who choose to live there.

I've come to The Holy Land as a Christian, and I have been blessed to be able to walk where Jesus trod. To be immersed in the origins of my faith. Everywhere, that is, except the parts of the city that the Muslims say are 'theirs.' The only parts of Jerusalem that aren't open to people of all faiths, are the Muslim parts. That is the only 'apartheid' I have seen.

And what about Bethlehem? The actual birthplace of Christ. How I would love to visit. But it is today in the West Bank. I've been told it's potentially dangerous now that it is under Palestinian Authority control. You cannot enter in an Israeli vehicle - and tourists have to go through checkpoints with a guide to ensure their security. O Come All Ye Faithful...but only if you dare. This year, almost no tourists came for Easter or Nativity. No decorations lit up the sacred site. The town lies broken, gripped by poverty, rife with unemployment. Tourists once numbering hundreds of thousands, no longer come. The little town where the Prince of Peace was born, desolate.

Once the home of Christians, now only 10% of Bethlehem's residents are Christian - a brave few who still courageously live there. Just 70 years ago, this was still a Christian town. Almost 90% of the population worshipped Jesus. In one generation, they have largely been expelled.

When we talk about 'occupiers', 'aggressors' and 'colonialists' - let's be clear about the actual facts.

Even the word 'Palestine' was invented by the Romans - referring to the Philistines of the Old Testament - long before any Arabs invaded, long before Islam existed, and yet many Muslims now claim it should be wholly theirs - "From the river, to the sea."

Context is everything.

Facts matter.
Words matter.
History matters.
Truth matters.

My heart breaks for the peaceful pilgrims.
