@paulg There is no incentive for professors close to retirement to recognise that they need to be preparing their students for the world of AI.

Therefore until it's a core part - university is useless in my opinions. Multiple years of holding back young people in its current state.

But how else do you distill down Dev performance?

Lots of CTO's I know have settled on HQLOC (High Quality lines of code)

Story points, and general feel can be gamed - so I think it's all we've got!

@svpino Do you not think you can use people management techniques to manage agents? Such as "how can you be sure you have covered x?" Or "give me a full security analysis based on best principles and create me an MD file of every recommendation"
