When buying a product to start a online business customers are not told that they will be put on a waiting list for onboarding. 3 weeks and still waiting for any feedback. Rather inform customers upfront before they spend money on something that is not working.

@Ruggaworld Time for coaching staff to drastically come up with a game plan. Every opponent we play beats us at our own ‘game plan’. Start picking a team with in form players and not big names. We still have time to get things together for next years world cup but the time in now!

@StandardBankZA after being a loyal customer for more then 40 years today I realised its time to change bank. Phone for help regarding App. 30min on the line waiting for help. Then told someone will phone me back in 10min (only took 60 min) to be told i must go into the bank 😡😡
