@scottgolfs one way to address the affordable golf might be to build a network of courses that will hire as cart kids, pro shop attendees, etc. Employees usually get to play free, and I found I learned a ton about life working both outside and inside. lots of positives working at a course

Other is Jeffersonville, a Donald Ross 45 mins outside philly. Phenomenal track if you can find a tee time.
