Mental Health Week
Next week is Mental Health Week, 10th - 16th May. This year's theme is nature and we will be sharing information each day on nature and how it can positively impact on your mental health.

A massive well done to Joanna Birch on completing a Virtual Half Marathon on Saturday. As you all know Joanna choose to run the Half Marathon in Aid of Here4All.
So far Joanna has raised a whopping £635 which will be greatly appreciated by all at Here4All.
We are absolutely delighted with the pitchside boards that Tamhi Tackling Awareness of Mental Health Issues got made for us.
