1. If Trump makes it back to the White House, he will have no guardrails this time. Project 2025, a MAGA-friendly, dark-money funded operation to overhaul the government within the first 180 days of a second Trump term, should scare the hell out of any democracy-loving American. The project is a concrete plan that will roll back your rights based on far right extremism and put the government in your life.

2. Today President Biden is traveling to Racine County, Wisconsin to join state leaders to unveil a major project with Microsoft, which plans to invest $3.3 billion to expand its new data center campus, aiming to add 2,000 union jobs. The same place Trump promised a $10 billion iPhone plant that was never built. Biden is delivering on promises while Trump fails.

3. Yesterday in the Indiana GOP Primary more than 128,000 Indiana Republican voters cast a ballot for Nikki Haley — even though Trump won the nomination two months ago. Millions of Republicans across America have been making it clear, they do not want Donald Trump. Meanwhile, Biden is picking up 90%+ of primary voters when he’s on the ballot. Trump is beatable this November.

4. New polls show Biden is gaining momentum as engaged voters are being turned off by Trump and his extreme policies that will roll back individual rights and make America less safe. In the ABC News poll from this weekend, Biden is leading by 4 with likely voters, while an NPR poll from last week has Biden up 5. While the election is - and will remain - tight, voters are seeing the success and sanity of the Biden Administration.

Today marked another historic moment for our beloved city of Aba as we continue to embark on the journey to restore its former glory. I am pleased to announce the official flag-off of the reconstruction of the 3.5km Osisioma - Ekeakpara Road. The road starts from Osisioma junction and terminates just after Ekeakpara market. Streetlights will be provided throughout the length of the road. The project will be executed by WILANGY NIGERIA LTD.

For too long, Aba has suffered from neglect, but no more. The road is more than just asphalt and concrete; it is a lifeline for the industrious people of Aba, a city that has nurtured dreams and fostered the spirit of entrepreneurship. The deterioration of this crucial artery contributed to Aba's decline, but today, we turn a new page. The Osisioma-Ekeakpara road will once again become a bustling hub of activity, supporting the NNPC Depot and numerous industries along the Osisioma industrial stretch.

I have also mandated strict supervision of the project by the Commissioner for Works. We expect to commission this road in 12 months, and it will be designed to withstand and endure the heavy traffic flow of large trucks and logistical vehicles.

To support our shared dream, I encourage our citizens to play their part. Pay your taxes, support the task force in keeping our environment and drainage systems clear even as the rain approaches and be patient as we build a better tomorrow.
