@MartinSLewis @martinSLewis I'm currently in the process of buying my first property. I've had a Help2Buy ISA for 2 years, but I don't qualify for 25% bonus as you need 80%-95% LTV. My salary limits my borrowing to 60% LTV (and have to bridge the gap with savings) #martinlewis

Today is #Budget2017. My predictions are:
- Income tax and NIC rates static.
- Corp tax reduction.
- Personal allowance up to 12k, BR band extended to 46k
- Stamp duty down 1% for FTB for 1yr
- VAT reg threshold for s/emp lowered
- Class 2 NIC scrapped and Class 4 NIC raised.
