@Xfinity@XfinitySupport i am trying to change my internet and tv plan via the website, every time i get to the last step i receive a website error; i have googled this issue and others have it as well.
Why are you making it difficult for us to make adjustments to our plans?

@HiltonHonors Both, cant log into website, reset password tried to login again and received an error saying that my credentials werenโt correct, (currently on phone) customer support reset link isnt working โan error occurred while submitting your requestโ
