Of course, there are days when I do desire the Lord and he truly is the strength of my heart. But how can I be more consistent?
I think the answer is simple: ASK FOR DAILY GRACE.
If someone asked you today why you live differently — what would you say?
There's a reason you don't fall apart the way everyone else does.
A reason you can show up with peace in the middle of chaos.
Forgiveness when you've been wronged.
Hope when the situation says there's nothing to hope for.
That's not personality. That's not positivity. That's Jesus.
And the people in your life — at work, home, in your everyday, they're noticing something they can't quite explain.
One day they're going to ask you about it.
Be ready to tell them why.
Achievement is a very dangerous place to find identity. You will disappoint yourself, others will disappoint you, and your list of successes won't satisfy the craving of your soul. Only the person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ will.
POWERFUL: This woman approached a police officer and said: "I'm pregnant. I'm homeless, I'm a drug addict, and I'm done."
There was a treatment center she wanted help getting into, but had no transportation.
The officer didn't hesitate - he followed procedure by checking her pockets, then put her in his patrol vehicle and asked if she was hungry.
On the way to the center, he took her to grab dinner on his dime... giving her the choice to eat outside with him or in the car out of respect to her.
Then he he drove her straight to the treatment facility and handed her off safely.
THESE are the stories the media buries. Let's fix that.

When we assess the trouble in our lives, many of us forget to calculate the existence, character, and plan of God.
So look up and remember that above your life is a throne, and it's occupied by a God of unimaginable majesty and power, ruling and controlling this universe for his glory and your good.
Six ingredients of true repentance:
1. Sight of sin
2. Sorrow for sin
3. Confession of sin
4. Shame for sin
5. Hatred of sin
6. Turning from sin
— Thomas Watson (1620–1686)
Coaches who only correct never connect.
“Negative experiences without teaching kill morale.” - Nick Saban
The hard moment isn’t the problem.
Leaving it without a lesson is.
That’s what transformational coaching actually looks like.
It's true that God never misses a sin, nor does he ignore, nor does he minimize. But instead of responding with life-ending wrath against the transgressor, he looks down and sees the blood of his Son blotting out the sinful deed.
Everyone talks about needing a "heart for ministry", but we also need a "spine for ministry" too.
We are called to bow the knee to Christ only, not culture.
