@ohhanxiety NO, that’s insanity. Find a different job if you don’t like the wage. I usually tip 20% even when service isn’t great, but it’s annoying. Like someone else said, I don’t go out to eat to do payroll. If the job doesn’t pay enough, find a different career path.
