Don’t do cardio to burn calories.
You can easily & unintentionally eat those calories back.
Do cardio to build a cardio base ie create more mitochondria.
More mitochondria mean more energy is created throughout your day ⚡️
It takes courage to go against the grain in a system designed to profit from our compliance.
To say: “I see something’s wrong, and I’m going to change it—whether the experts validate me or not.”
That is mother’s intuition.
That is feminine wisdom.
That is leadership.
RFK just moved to ban artificial food dyes.
Wellness is trendy now—
But the original canaries in the coal mine were mothers.
And they’ve been sounding the alarm for decades.
Watching their kids’ behavior, skin, and digestion shift after cutting the crap. Getting ridiculed for choosing organic, dye-free, or saying “no thanks” to neon-colored snacks.
Healing my thyroid + gut didn’t come from more restriction. It came from nourishment, rhythm, and remembering what my body actually needed.
Beef. Sunlight. Stillness. Simplicity.
@thecarnivorebar was part of that.

Eggs are back! 🥚✨
The USDA has officially rebranded eggs as “healthy” after decades of fear-mongering. Turns out, nature’s multivitamin was never the problem.
Maybe next they’ll tell us butter is good for us too. Oh wait… 😉
Things I would tell RFK and the leadership to do to make America healthy again:

- re-evaluate all of the dietary guidelines and reverse the anti meat & animal food brainwashing
- ensure that food and pharma companies cannot sponsor experts who create USDA guidelines
- make raw milk legal

- ban toxic food colorings like red 40 and yellow 5
- inform people about the dangers of endocrine disruptors in comsetics, shampoos and conditioners

- replace lunchables in schools with steak
- inform people about the benefits of sunlight exposure
- replace LEDs and fluorescent lights with incandescents
- tax benefits for people under body fat % targets and credits to spend money on healthy good and the gym

Whether you choose sauna, exercise, or sun exposure, make sweating part of your daily routine. By optimizing this pathway you are harmonizing the body by utilizing a key pathway to balance.
Sweating is one of the most powerful, yet underutilized ways to reduce your toxic burden. When you sweat, you’re not just cooling down—you’re actively pushing out toxins. If you’re dealing with autoimmune issues, this is especially critical.
Sweating isn’t just a simple act of cooling off. It’s a vital drainage tool that keeps your body clear of toxins, supports lymphatic flow, and reduces your autoimmune burden, and charges your cellular energy battery by expanding the EZ water.
