@svpino I have been building software for almost 40 years and I deliver certified training. Nothing of what you explain is agile and you already know that. Don’t blame Scrum or certified training, blame bad Scrum and bad training.
@svpino You mention that people expect 500 story points to mean the same thing across projects. Once again, as you already know, story points are relative, so expecting two teams to use them in the same way is illogical.
@svpino You mentioned that story points measure complexity but not time, and then had to figure out how much fits into a Sprint. Story points represent relative time, not complexity. If you have to peel 1,000 potatoes manually it will take a long time but it is certainly not complex.
