@GWRHelp could train driver on 1730 from Paddington to Bristol please turn off the auto doors between front 2 carriages, I’m sat between them on the floor and it’s irritating to have them close on me. Needn’t say much more about the customer experience
@GWRHelp Hi. I filled the form on Weds, nothing back yet. I’m now seriously ill with a chest infection, not helped by 2 hours at a cold station. Would appreciate some urgency and explanation
@GWRHelp Poor customer service to report
I got the 1942 arrival at Didcot from Oxford. It synced just about with departure to Bristol temple meads but doors were shut promptly, and told to move away from train.
Given that the next was cancelled, stuck for over 90 mins.
@GWRHelp It doesn’t explain the cold and selfish decision making of the individual guard, no. He had very clear view of the next train timings, and the very few people who would have to wait, and felt we should anyway. Training required
@GWRHelp So no forethought that the rushing last few might have to wait because you know the next one is delayed?
I get there are cancellations, that’s not my issue. It’s the lack of flexibility
@sally_hines@CharlotteCGill That money could pay for quite a few meals, housing, healthcare, all sorts of public services. Must feel quite uncomfortable
@jonburkeUK Hi disabled people, those with small children and those transporting any goods, or those in villages with no walking infrastructure. Jon Burke has a strong view of your behaviour. That’s right, not just anyone but THE Jon Burke. Jon Burke MIEMA CEnv nonetheless
@KimJohnsonMP@johnmcdonnellMP predicted a raft of dental appointments on LBC the other day. “I fear for the dental health of the Parliamentary Labour Party” looks rather prescient now
