Just interested to here from all those impacted by poor services from Uber if you ever get a resolution? My son is just stuck in a vortex of Uber ‘so called’ customer service who just keep asking him the same question and never refunding - it’s only for £11

Still no acceptance of failure to deliver my son’s food from @ubereats_uk @UberUKsupport - shocking customer service and looking at social media this is a common complaint. Come on UBER, step up and make a customer save!
@UberUKsupport So my son has done this - DM’d you and nothing - just not acceptable. He’s been tricked by your driver, lied to and now you ignore his DM even though you’ve said you’d help ASAP - he’s also tried through the App 4 times but all you reply is resolved - it isn’t!
@UberEats shocking service tonight - got my son put in his PIN number even before food delivered and then driver says he has left it at address not bothering to ring to say food delivered- CCTV shows no delivery and no food! No apology, no refund - disgraceful.
@Edinburgh_CC That’s all very well but a greener Christmas isn’t helped when your kerbside recycling team purposely didn’t pick up the cardboard boxes today in the EH7 area even though they were left by the green sacks as instructed in your recycling leaflet - not good! Now gone to landfill
@EdinPolNE @Edinburgh_CC The point everyone has missed is that those turning left do so when the green pedestrian light is green to cross the junction-how long before someone is knocked down by someone ignoring the no turn left signs? CCTV camera like those who catch everyone in the bus lanes perhaps!
