Terrible rip off @Tesco Potters Bar by Timpson. Charged £25 for what turned out to be a £1.50 battery fitted. The arrogance when I requested a refund was shocking. Admitted they charge what they can get away with. Tesco store manager smiled and said they can do what they want !

Shocking service and daylight robbery from @Primark Watford today. Refused to exchange an incorrect size (on hanger) swimsuit which was also sold with no hygiene sticker attached. Was accused by manager of lying about the sticker !! Worst customer service possible.

@Tesco Potters Bar store has had outside traffic lights out of sync for weeks. Just left huge queues again trying to get out of car park. Takes forever and staff totally disinterested ! Please can someone fix this.

Really poor as hundreds of other tweets show. They use Sky to get customers to sign up FOC to La Liga channel and then make it impossible to cancel in time so charges kick in. How have they got away with this ??

@evanshalshawuk St Albans, Never again !! A service team who have no interest in helping customers (unless they can increase revenue of course). Consistent with the other recent tweets I've just read. They waste your time and hope you go away. How do they stay in business ?
