Buy an @IKEAUK kitchen at your peril. Still waiting for it to be fitted and ikea have ignored emails asking for updates for over a month. Tried ringing, waited on hold for an age and now I'm told the department only accepts emails. Only remaining options... legal *sigh*
@marksandspencer Another day of hours (over 5!) on the phone to @marksandspencer and no one taking ownership of the problem. Been cut off, promised calls back and now I'm told I can't get my money back unless I wait a week to talk to someone! How much reputational damage are you trying to get?
Day 2 of waiting on hold because @marksandspencer fail to hold up their promises. 1hr in and still no one to talk to ๐ฟ My recommendation, don't buy any furniture from this shambolic retailer. Website dates for delivery aren't to be trusted
Given I ordered this back on Jun 1st and @marksandspencer now can't deliver it until September, I doubt anyone ordering it today will get it in 6 weeks!
It's disappointing that @Dexcom decided not to seek customer feedback from those that will use the app day in, day out when building this new app. The article reads like they have only focused on what's important to them and are proud that those with t1d haven't been consulted ๐
"Dexcom developed a new application for the G7 โ which hasnโt been seen by users, Sayer (Dexcom CEO) noted โ that delivers more insights to customers & includes FAQs that should reduce the need to call Dexcomโs tech support."

An unsurprising outcome, especially given who funded the research ๐

10 years since coming out of hospital having learnt I had diabetes...
I don't have the promised cure but, I do have my Dexcom G6 linked to my smart home automation software so I can turn the lights & music on if I go low in the night ๐#gbdoc#ourD
@bazinga8913 Yes. Very strange reaction from me given I knew I'd be on it and have been extra careful since lockdown 1 anyway. I guess just reading made the consequences even more real somehow
@parthaskar@BBC@BBCOne@sima_kotecha@NikkiKF@OrthopodReg @CNOEngland @NHSEngland On the tweet select the dropdowm menu top right, select report tweet at the bottom of the menu presented and then select "It's abusive or harmful". If enough people do this it should trigger Twitter to take action against the tweet
I wonder when my appointment was ๐ค
When I replied to the Q about my basal rates & they said "gosh that's a lot!"... how am I supposed to feel?
I thought it was the results that mattered. Should I use less but have out of range results? Because that's the underlying implication
I know I'm not part of the community anymore but I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. A friend's child has just been dx'd with t1d and I remember there was a superheros comic done (@parthaskar?) that might be useful for them. Where can I find a link? Thanks
