@GiraffeTools your customer service is really bad and doesn’t represent the positive reviews on your product. You should honor free returns when you make a mistake
Day 4 of @ATT fiber outage.ATT went silent on their issue and stopped posting updates. Customer service seems to not know what’s going on and says it’s an outage then tower maintenance. Happy @googlefiber is here and hoping they can prioritize us as new customers!!

No internet, this is ridiculous. You text that internet will be restored by 6, then 10, then 24 hours. This is horrible customer service…. Just tell the truth.
