Farmers' concerns are real, but then why not take them seriously?
1.5% of farmers get 32% of Direct payments. 20% eat up 80% of these payments.
So a serious response package to farmers' calls could be:
1. CAP reform
2. Sustainable Food Systems' framework
3 Nature Restoration Law

It's been a tough job but someone had to: I checked ALL the proposed actions in the Farm to Fork strategy and I found out that over half of them have not got off the ground (and more than two-thirds will likely remain unfinished before the term ends)
