@JayhawkTakeover When we bought in 2021, the house was for sale by owner, so we ended up using a real estate lawyer. Flat fee around $1800. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop in the process, but that’s all it cost to buy. Crazy. We ended up selling other house with no agent’s either.
@kylaschwaberow Probably tanked... I'm basically holding until we get word on v15. Per Elon's comments, it seems like no scaling until 10x param model v15 which will take time to test as well. Would love to be surprised, but I don't think we scale until March 2027 at the earliest.
@RandyWKirk1 The only other near term catalysts that we could probably see would be auto sales jump or meaningful revenue from Semi sales. There is a chance that they will launch those cyber cabs on v 14, but I would not be surprised if they just sit on those lots and wait until v 15
@RandyWKirk1 It's a standard "sell the news" scenario. It doesn't seem like there are any meaningful catalysts in the near term. I think the stock only moves up when autonomy scale becomes clear. Not clear at the moment as Elon's comments on the last earnings call indicated dependence on v15.
@teslayoda Listened to snippets again. Elon linked Unsupervised FSD/Robotaxi scale together (which makes sense), but he seemed to also tie those to v15 (10x params) which is a new architecture. Likely no exponential scale until v15 and v15 will likely be late. So, feels like a year away.
@NegativeZeeRo@pbeisel I think this is the correct take. I thought Elon said that there wouldn’t be material revenue until next year. I think that was the guidance as to scaling as well. If somehow the rate of expansion increases by Q4, it could affect the stock, but 1 or 2 unsupervised per city won’t.
@thatsKAIZEN Curious about your perspective on prosecuting companies that hire illegally. Could it be more effective or too subject to whims of justice dept?
@Grump_Old_Man@TrevorSheatz he has mercy on whomever he wills, and he hardens whomever he wills.
You will say to me then, “Why does he still find fault? For who can resist his will?” But who are you, O man, to answer back to God? Will what is molded say to its molder, “Why have you made me like this? Ro 9

@WalrusAudio thanks for thinking through it. I wonder if it could just be an Either/Or Setting for firmware (powering on with certain buttons pressed?) where you can either set the pedal to be Record > Play > Overdub (as today) or Record > Overdub > Play.
@elonmusk@grok I use Grok to summarize Theologians' views on a verse (e.g. What does D.A. Carson think of Mt 24:30?). But in commentaries, they often discuss other views they disagree with BEFORE they state the view they support. Grok often mistakes those 'other views' as the theologian's view.
