Huh! I just learned that optional chaining can be used for function calls, too.

You can avoid throwing exceptions using `?.()` when executing undefined object properties.

Created a dummy app for monitoring the #PerformancePaintTiming (first paint and first contentful paint) with the #PerformanceObserver. It's a shame that these API are not supported by all the major browsers.
