@clintwfischer Caps are a good idea, we are a large dairy farm but either my parents or myself have worked there everyday for 17 years. It is a slog we keep high standards. A manager may have similar standards but they are few and far between.

@CiaranOShea11 @AndCarbon It is harsh many are highly educated in the conventional and unconventional sense. They do not shine as much as they should bc skill is not as important as business sense. You can be a good farmer purely by exploiting the systems/schemes in place.
