@AvantiWestCoast hi, I have booked a train and clicked 16-25 railcard by mistake. I have a 26-30 will I be okay to travel as the discount is the same?

@GWRHelp For example, if a train ticket is bought for the dog would they then be allowed on the rail replacement bus? As they have paid for a space on it?

@GWRHelp Hi Gordon, the GWR website says that “each customer can bring up to two dogs, cats, or other small domestic animals, for free” so they would be allowed on the train. Why would they not allow them on replacement buses?

@GWRHelp Thanks Gordon, what about for regular dogs? They would normally be allowed on trains. I have a friend who needs to get to London for my wedding and needs to bring his dog.

@LumoTravel No i am not trying to get additional compensation. The train was delayed 20 minutes. So no delay repay but the journey itself was delayed a lot longer because you made me miss the last tube home

@LumoTravel hi the 8:21 from Newcastle to Kings Cross on Sunday was delayed over 20 minutes and therefore made me miss the last tube home. I don’t have a ticket for tube as it’s contactless. This journey was then over 30 minutes delayed your delayrepay team aren’t helping
