@SWISSGEAR , how can I find out why my warranty claim was denied? My strap tore after a couple of light uses, I was asked to cut off a couple of labels from my duffle bag, and all I was offered was 15% off a new bag. My bag seems perfectly fine, just the strap was defective.

@theapplehub I’m on an 11 Pro and pretty much out of storage. There’s nothing definitive that will make me upgrade. Before, I for sure wanted USB-C, but when the 15 came out, it wasn’t exciting enough for me to switch. I guess I just need to feel it.
