‼️Nick Shirley Caught LYING About Being In New York The DAY Charlie Was Killed 👀

Check out this video by @Perezvnicole covering my post exposing Nick Shirley. He claimed he was in New York from September 7th-10th and that his segment with Andrew Kolvet on the Charlie Kirk Show that morning was live. The videos prove that is false.

On September 10 he posted from the Orem train station. The ticket agent’s announcement is audible in the background, placing him in Utah near the scene. The next day, September 11, he filmed himself at Salt Lake City International Airport. The view outside the window matches public photos of that exact terminal. He was still in Utah on both days. That means the interview with Kolvet could not have been live, and it destroys the only real-time alibi Kolvet has offered for his movements that day.

Even more telling: in the September 10 train station video Nick was already pushing the radical left and Antifa narrative before any facts or motive were public. Combined with the partial text claiming Charlie invited him on for Thursday the 11th (a day Charlie himself had a prior obligation in another state), the story does not hold. Locations do not lie. Timelines do not lie. The official version is collapsing under basic receipts.

Data Republican built a large following as an independent data-focused outsider scrutinizing waste, NGOs, and government spending.

I've had many criticisms of her content for years. I found a lot of it one-sided, riddled with factual errors, and often dishonest in how it framed data.

We're now learning she became a Special Government Employee at the DoD in July 2026 (after her Pentagon press credentials expired in June and were not renewed). She was no longer operating purely as an outside journalist or independent analyst, yet she continued to present herself that way.

We're only finding this out now because she publicly reacted as if someone in the administration was trying to frame or entrap her with documents (which seems to have been a significant overreaction or error on her part), which then prompted questions that forced the SGE status into the open.

Kinda makes you wonder how many other high-profile accounts on here are operating with similar undisclosed official ties while still presenting themselves as independent outsiders.

I interviewed Data Republican in March of 2025. At the time, I saw a lot of value in the reporting she was doing that was DOGE related. Many expected at this time that this would result in something positive, but alas, it seems DOGE was all mostly about creating a backdoor for Palantir.

Since this time, I’ve grown weary of some of her reporting, which seems to have become more and more establishment-adjacent. This particular attack on a member of the media using the NCRI which demonizes the term “Christ is King” I found to be particularly insidious. As a staunch defender of free speech, I resolved that everyone has the right to say as they please but, it simply didn’t sit right with me. The timing of that report aligning with what is now known to be timing aligning with employment the DoW is particularly concerning, especially because she has continued in her capacity reporting in a manner that seems to present as independent, and didn’t disclose it until it was exposed elsewhere.

The issue of influencers and content creators being used by the establishment in this manner is something that appears to have become extremely pervasive, and dangerous. It’s one thing being propagandized by a mainstream media apparatus that is known to serve that purpose, and is largely ignored. It’s another when it happens through a network of influencers that actually do use up your time because they’re force fed into your feeds, people think they are aligned with them, so they listen, they watch, and many believe. Very, very disturbing stuff.
