In all honesty, the only reason I stay is because you have exclusive rights to content. Just don't abuse your customers like this - you're just like Sky was with terrible service and ever increasing prices.

@sparknzsport your product is unusable when trying to watch a live stream that is in progress but you want to watch from the beginning or scrub through to catch up. It's appalling - it either starts live (you see the result) or stutters and freezes.
