We have again implemented a reduced @LNER train service today - all Lincoln-London and 50% of Leeds-London services will not run. There are also some amendments to our Hull and Middlesbrough services.
We are running 4 services per hour to/from London King’s Cross throughout the day:
- London-Leeds 1 per hour
- London-Edinburgh 2 per hour
- London-Newcastle 1 per hour
These @LNER service changes will also apply tomorrow, Friday 26 June.
If you wish to change your travel plans due to the hot weather, tickets dated today or tomorrow will be accepted on alternative dates up until 30 June.

Thank you too to everyone working on the railway today in these hot conditions.
My deepest sympathies remain with everyone affected by Friday's tragic collision, and in particular with the family of the driver who lost his life and those who remain in hospital.
My heartfelt thanks go to every person who responded so bravely and professionally in the most difficult of circumstances.
I am grateful to the @raibgovuk for providing an update on its investigation so far.
The report makes clear that there is still much to establish. RAIB will publish its full report in due course, and I will consider those findings with the utmost care and take any action necessary.
Our railway is one of the safest in the world. While incidents like this are incredibly rare, when they do occur we will leave no stone unturned to understand what happened.
I ask that the RAIB be given the space it needs to complete its work thoroughly so we can establish the facts and take any necessary action.
The conductor on todays Northern Rail, 8:22 Outwood to Leeds train is an absolute superstar. She always manages difficult situations (delays, overcrowding etc) in such an honest & compassionate way. Today, with roasting temperatures is offering bottles of water. @northernassist

If your journey is affected, we'll accept tickets on any alternative route.
If you decide to travel on EMR once the line is reopened, then your connecting ticket on other operators will be valid on that other day too.
The thoughts of LNER are with all the customers and our railway colleagues impacted by the incident on East Midlands Railway on Friday, 19 June.
For as long as the Midland Mainline is closed at Bedford, train operators, including LNER, are accepting tickets for EMR customers.
