Apple indeed added a feature called "inactivity reboot" in iOS 18.1. This is implemented in keybagd and the AppleSEPKeyStore kernel extension. It seems to have nothing to do with phone/wireless network state. Keystore is used when unlocking the device.

@CharleneWhite Media sites sell space to 3rd party ad companies to manage ads/advertorials. Some of these accept ads placed dynamically by automated clients.
Everyone should use a good ad blocker. These ads could link to phishing sites, contain malware or send meta/fp data to a remote server.
