2 other people even got their passport lost on the same day and same place as ours. This seems to show a clear pattern.

@UPS my package with passport and newly obtained Schengen Visa is lost in the Fremont facility hub. My wife is going nuts because we are traveling in June. Need help now!

When looking at UPS tracking website, it shows last scan was Fremont.

When talking to a random UPS customer service, she says my packages is at SJC.

I have no idea how all those people give me different answers.

And I have no idea why my wife and I have 2 separate packages with passport all got lost on the same day. When I posted on social media, other people shared similar experience - Chinese passport with fresh Schengen Visa gets lost during UPS transit.
