@Carl_Lewis @usatf King Carl needs to be relay coach. Don't let anyone that qualified individually for 100/200 run in the relay. Take the 4th-7th finishers in the 100m Trials and they become your 4x1 group. And that's all they do: focus on relay. Just ridiculous
