@BasedDavePA Just recite the rosary in Latin. You’ll get the Ave Maria in no time. Reciting it 50 times helps. Do the Hail Mary parts in Latin and rest in English. Slowly progress to the other prayers step by step.

In Tanzania, during the week, depending on the timetable, I can have as many as 300 faithful at Mass or none at all. But there was a boy who began asking to serve at the altar. His name is Gaspar. Happy every day, in a red cassock, surplice and bare feet. During Mass he answers in a shy but sure Latin. Outside it he speaks Swahili and rudimentary English.

A few days later he brought a friend, Pedro. Another day there were already three. Then there were already four serving at the altar and three watching how it is done. Holy Mass attracts the youngest, the most innocent. And serving at the altar is a school of vocations.

Pour répondre à cet afflux, la FSSPX restaure une église catholique centenaire dédiée à Notre-Dame du Rosaire de Pompéi, qui pourra accueillir plus de 400 fidèles.

Après les bouleversements qui suivirent le concile Vatican II, l’ancienne église catholique passa entre les mains d’une communauté protestante. Son acquisition par la FSSPX permet aujourd’hui son retour à sa destination première.

Lorsqu’on se tient aujourd’hui en silence dans l’édifice encore en travaux, témoigne l’un des responsables, on croirait presque entendre ses murs murmurer : « Je veux redevenir une église catholique. »

Un siècle après sa première dédicace, Notre-Dame de Pompéi s’apprête ainsi à renaître de ses cendres, portée par la croissance et la générosité des fidèles.

This was promulgated by Pope St Pius X in 1910 and should be embraced by every faithful Catholic, not just the clergy:

To be sworn to by all clergy, pastors, confessors, preachers, religious superiors, and professors in philosophical-theological seminaries.
I . . . . firmly embrace and accept each and every definition that has been set forth and declared by the unerring teaching authority of the Church, especially those principal truths which are directly opposed to the errors of this day. And first of all, I profess that God, the origin and end of all things, can be known with certainty by the natural light of reason from the created world (see Rom. 1:19), that is, from the visible works of creation, as a cause from its effects, and that, therefore, his existence can also be demonstrated:
