The reaction to this has been so overwhelming. We spoke again with the bank and things are finally starting to turn good. Thank you to everyone for the kind words and support! ❤️ and again @drivetimerte for having me on.
"I'm doing the right thing going to my doctor but as a result I'm stuck in this situation and I feel absolutely awful."
David Farrell explains to @SarahAMcInerney how he was refused mortgage protection after disclosing his mental health illness. @drivetimerte#drivetime
I've listened to it - you should too - DOCTOR Eoin Lenihan (@EoinLenihan - a Dr. of teaching) handed his arse gloriously by @hlinehan 👏🏻
Eoin is an Irish immigrant to Germany since 2007 & for some reason thinks a journalist wouldn't do any research 😂
& then he loses his shit 😂
Not excusing Ivan Yates not disclosing his work for FF ministers and Jim Gavin, but Matt Cooper had John Lee on #pathtopower this week, who neglected to mention he’s married to a FF Senator. Make it make sense
Mystery solved! Turns out the “lion” spotted roaming Clare was just a Newfoundland dog with a fresh haircut!
Gardaí from Killaloe have concluded that the recent video of a “lion like” animal roaming around the woods in East Clare is in fact the very friendly dog named ‘Mouse’.
I was asked no less than 5 times to declare if I was a member of any party to simply be an audience member on @RTEUpfront this also doesn’t include the times he was on during the GE. And they wonder why trust in media is at an all time low..
RTÉ Statement on Ivan Yates:
- Yates not used as presenter or contributor during Coimisiún na Meán election period between Sep 22 - Oct 24
- Was used before and after these dates
- RTÉ relies on professional bona fides of contributors to declare conflicts of interest

This country infuriates me. I want to preface what I say, that this is not to disrespect anyone who has a medical card. I went to the doctor the other day and was told I’d need an MRI. He asked if I have health insurance, no because it’s too expensive. 1/
He said it could take years “it’s a pity you don’t have insurance or a medical card you could be seen in a week or two”. I enquired about paying privately, which costs about €300. I genuinely wanted to cry. Where is our tax money going? Like what’s the actual point?
If we apply this to an Irish context, FF/FG have been in power in one way shape or form since 2011. Homelessness has increased exponentially since. But it’s the immigrants fault?
If turnout across county Waterford is repeated nationwide it might not be bad news for Catherine Connolly and good news for Heather Humphreys with many older voters turning out across Waterford City and County @wlrfm#Aras25
