YESTERDAY during TV interviews across the country, I heard atleast 10 Gen Z youths asking the President to dissolve Parliament. Infact one was very specific on the MPs that the president should "fire" and they all spoke in good English. That tells you they have never read the constitution which is a standard document.

Listen you Gen Zs especially the educated ones. Ignorance of basic things and knowledge is very bad. Even as you agitate and push for good governance, which is a good thing, you must update and enlighten yourself with knowledge and the correct knowledge.

Read books and journals and other stuff even online. Be informed on atleast the common things.

When you open your mouth on national TV, don't leave people wondering whether you are still the ones we expect take over this country.

Every generation has a dream,

Current politicians don't understand this "generational dream" and that is why they were caught off guard when the young generation led a TRIBELESS, PARTYLESS, and FEARLESS protest against them.

BOOMERS: Work for Europeans & Indians. Their dream is to be a manager in a European or Indian company. They prefer to be subservient to colonialism. They ended up in Railways, Airways and other state corporation as junior managers.

X-GEN: Work for Public Service as teachers, doctors, lawyers & politicians. They want to live like colonialists. They want to live in good houses, drive good cars, and send their children to Eurocentric education system. They prefer sitting in offices and cut quick deals or corruption in order to buy designer clothes and brand new cars to floss to their peers. They are gluttonous, FAT and lazy.

Millenials: Be self-employed. They have seen how their parents have suffered as employees and do not want to have the same experience. They are ready to be farmers or hawkers or anything as long as they are self-employed. These are the so called "hustlers" of the economy.

Gen-Z: They want to be independent. They are educated, have skills and are armed with information. Data is their weapon. It helps them make decisions. They are not interested in being employed or being politicians. They are not interested in begging like the millenials but prefer using their talents and skills to make a difference in their lives. Therefore, they expect the Public Service to work for them efficiently.

G-ALPHA: Their dream is to build a family institution that is honest, responsible and productive. Most are from single mothers home and will not prefer to live in a dysfunctional family. They therefore want a just society with a masculine leadership that protects their public and natural resources. Their dream is own their collective dream as a nation and will refuse any neo-colonial policies that will destroy their nation.

Every generation unites around its generational dream. This unity requires no leader but a passionate motivation to achieve their collective dream.

An arrested Person has Constitutional Right NOT TO SPEAK or give any information to the Police when you arrested … And Police, whether in uniform or civilian cannot seize your property (car, computer, phone et al) without Court Warrants. PROCEDURE OF PURCHASING LAND IN KENYA

If you are buying land from an individual or group please follow the following STEPS to avoid being CONNED:

1 . Ask to see the TITLE DEED or Copy of the title deed. Then do a search at the ministry of lands to confirm who the real owners are or if the title has any CAVEAT on it, The search will cost you Sh 520.

https://t.co/nSthNZSTg0 a search with LOCAL AUTHORITIES to check of any unpaid land rates. If any, agree with the seller who will settle the land rates. NB :LAND can't be transferred if they are unpaid land rates.

3.Go to the ministry of lands and buy 2 Maps, one showing the exact measurements of the piece you are buying called (mutation) and the other showing the neighbouring lands, Each costs Sh 350.

4.With your 2 maps and a surveyor (you can do it yourself) visit the land you are buying and verify the details on the MAP. Check out all the beacons.

5.Sit down with your seller and bargain the price. Write down an agreement. The agreement can be done in the presence of a lawyer. According to LSK if the value of the land is below 1 million you pay the lawyer 3K, if it's above 1 million you pay the lawyer 8K for the agreement.

6. Pay some amount as per your agreement, Don't pay everything Hata kama pesa uko nayo.

7. Book a meeting with lands control board (LCB) They meet once every month. It will cost you Sh 1000.
LCB will issue consent for the land to be sold.

8. Pay the remaining balance after getting consent from LCB.

9.Go to ministry of lands offices with your KRA PIN, 2 passport photos and a copy of the TITLE DEED to change ownership.
It will cost you Sh 5000.

10. At this stage you don't need the seller. Now go pay stamp duty, ie according to the VALUE of the land.
4% of sales value in municipalities &
2%of sales value in reserves.

11. Now the land belongs to you, but before celebrating go to the ministry of lands &do a search to confirm if they have updated their RECORDS and it reads you.
