@southwalesargus just been advised ambulance not coming but out of hours doctor instead. 89 yr old left to lie on floor of flat for over 3 hours and finally helped up by neighbours who couldn’t bear to see it any longer.

@RuthNewportWest just waiting for ambulance to arrive to help my 89 year old mother after her fall in her flat. Been waiting 3 hours so far. This is supposed to be sheltered housing but no one allowed to help her up. Been waiting 4 days so far for social services to call me back.
