@FlixBus Really BAD service from your end. Didn't expect this kind of service from you. Don't charge extra for the font seats if you can't provide it properly, no proper management from your side. You should be aligned with your driver about this

@FlixBus when I told the driver about this, he said you are free to choose any other seats. Fyi, I paid extra just for this, and this is happening a second time. If you don't want to provide the first seats (with extra leg space) to others then don't over charge it.

@FlixBus Hi, booking number 3123056708 ( Name Debartha Mitra & Ranita Sarkar), I have booked Flix from Paris and I specifically reserved seat number 1A and 1B (extra leg space) for my first bus from Paris to Saarbrücken bus station. But others were sitting on my seats.

This kind of service is not acceptable from Air india.

@airindiain Please understand the misplaced bag has my wife's important documents and clothes, if you don't find it will be difficult for her.Can you please check in Delhi and Kolkata airport as well. Because my air India flight was from kolkata via Delhi to Frankfurt.
