@British_Airways me, my wife and our 3 kids have been dumped in a hotel in Nicosia Cyprus with no contact or updates. No one answers emails,online contact forms are not submitted to 'technical issues' and I keep getting cut off when I try to call.. WTF.

I still need to discuss the situation with an advisor as we have outstanding flights that we are now now longer able to make that need to be cancelled/ rescheduled etc .

@British_Airways No. After spending 45 mins on hold I got through to someone and they hung up.
Have since been contacted by someone locally who said they would call back in 60 mins. This was 90+ mins ago
