At launch, the following non-community allocations were minted in accordance with our published tokenomics:

The 70% Community allocation is not pre-minted. Community INK is minted as verified balances are distributed, phase by phase.

A 5% processing fee applies only to the INK distributed in each phase. Across all three phases, the total fee remains 5% of your distributed INK.

The Team and Ecosystem allocations will be placed in PinkLock under the published vesting schedule: 2% of the total supply at TGE, followed by 2% every 30 days.

⚠️ Anyone can create a fake pool or a token using the INK name. Always verify the complete contract and pool addresses against our official channels before trading.

Once you have confirmed that your address is correct, you can lock your wallet address in the app. A locked address requires additional verification before it can be changed, helping protect against unauthorized wallet-address changes.

An Open Request to @BitMartExchange on Behalf of CPEN Holders

Since BitMart announced the wind-down of its trading platform on July 26, we have contacted BitMart privately about an issue affecting many CPEN holders. We have not received a response through that channel, so we are now asking publicly.

Here are the facts as of August 16, 2026:

1. CPEN trading is no longer practically available on BitMart. BitMart's CPEN market currently shows no active price or trading volume. For users who still hold CPEN on the platform, withdrawal is therefore the practical way to move their CPEN off BitMart.

2. The CPEN withdrawal fee and minimum are currently extremely high. As of August 16, BitMart shows a CPEN withdrawal fee and minimum of 16,689 CPEN. For many community members, the minimum is greater than their entire CPEN balance, meaning they cannot currently submit a CPEN withdrawal.

3. We are also concerned about withdrawal processing. Based on our review of the BitMart CPEN wallet we have been monitoring on BNB Smart Chain, we have observed no outgoing CPEN transfers since August 7, as of August 16.

We have also received reports from community members whose CPEN withdrawal requests remain pending or whose support inquiries have not yet received a response.

4. We contacted BitMart's listing team on July 27, asking for the CPEN withdrawal fee and minimum to be reduced. As of August 16, we have not received a response through that channel.

Our requests to @BitMartExchange are simple:

1. Reduce the CPEN withdrawal fee and minimum.

Please set them at a level that gives holders with smaller balances a practical way to withdraw their CPEN during the wind-down.

2. Process pending CPEN withdrawals.

3. Respond to our outreach.

CPEN is a standard BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain. We are not aware of any CPEN-specific technical feature that requires unusual withdrawal handling.

If your team needs any technical information or assistance regarding CPEN, the cPen team is ready to respond promptly.

BitMart's July 26 wind-down announcement states that withdrawal services will remain available and recommends that users submit withdrawal requests before August 26, 2026 at 05:00 UTC.

For many CPEN holders, however, withdrawal is not practically available today because the withdrawal minimum exceeds their entire balance. At the same time, some community members are reporting pending withdrawals.

We respectfully ask @BitMartExchange to address these issues so CPEN holders have a practical opportunity to withdraw their tokens during the wind-down.

To the #cPenNetwork community:

If you have a pending CPEN withdrawal or an unresolved BitMart support case, keep your records, including the date, amount, withdrawal status, and support correspondence.

If you choose to share your experience in the replies, please keep it factual and respectful.

If your CPEN balance is below BitMart's withdrawal minimum and you do not already have a support ticket about the issue, consider submitting one through BitMart's official support channel so your case is on record. If you already have a ticket, please do not create duplicate tickets.

Before posting any screenshot, protect your personal information. Hide your name, email address, account ID, support ticket number, and any balances or other information you do not want made public.

⚠️ Please also watch for scammers.

Accounts may reply to this thread pretending to be BitMart or cPen support, or offering to "recover," "unlock," or "release" your funds.

The cPen team will never DM you first asking for account credentials, private keys, seed phrases, verification codes, or payment to recover your funds.

Report and ignore impersonators.

We hope @BitMartExchange will respond and help resolve this issue for the affected CPEN holders.

Since BitMart announced its wind-down, we have asked the exchange, privately and publicly, to lower both the CPEN withdrawal fee and the minimum, while also processing pending withdrawals. So far, we have received no response to our requests.

BitMart has since announced that it is developing a potential restructuring and business-resumption plan as an alternative to a full wind-down. The outcome remains uncertain, and BitMart says it expects to provide another update by September 9.

We know how difficult these past weeks have been for affected CPEN holders: high withdrawal requirements, pending withdrawals, and uncertainty about what happens next.

We have been considering what cPen can do from our side to help.

After careful consideration, we have made a decision.

Our plan does not depend on BitMart.

Our commitment

Eligible cPen users whose 2025 CPEN distribution was sent to a BitMart deposit address and who were affected by BitMart's wind-down or restructuring process will receive a one-time goodwill HATN credit from cPen.

The program is intended to address two situations:

• CPEN from the 2025 distribution that users were unable to practically recover from BitMart

• High CPEN withdrawal fees incurred during the wind-down process

The goodwill credit will be provided in HATN, subject to a per-user cap.

The calculation method, conversion rate, cap, eligibility rules, and other program terms will be announced together before applications open.

How it will work

We are developing a simple in-app application process.

The process will be free and handled directly through the official cPen app. Eligibility will be verified using cPen's records and other available information under the final program rules.

There will be no application fee, and we will never ask you to pay anyone to participate.

We expect to publish the full program terms and application instructions in September or October.

Important

This is a one-time, voluntary goodwill program.

BitMart is an independent platform. cPen is not responsible for BitMart's business decisions, withdrawal policies, fees, processing times, or assets held on its platform.

This program does not change that responsibility. It is something we have voluntarily chosen to do to support affected members of our community.

The program is independent of BitMart.

Any goodwill HATN credit provided by cPen will be separate from the BitMart restructuring or withdrawal process. Further details regarding the treatment of any later BitMart recovery will be included in the final program terms.

Please keep your BitMart records and support tickets, including dates, amounts, transaction records, and ticket numbers. They may be important if BitMart requests evidence as part of its withdrawal or restructuring process.

HATN credited through this program will be subject to the applicable HATN rules and the final terms of the program.

Stay safe

The cPen team never sends private messages asking for funds, passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or verification codes.

Anyone privately offering to "recover" your BitMart funds on behalf of cPen is not representing us.

Please rely only on official cPen Network accounts and announcements inside the cPen app.

We cannot control what happens at BitMart.

But where there is something we can reasonably do from our side to support our community, we will do our best to do it.

With HATN mining now underway, we are moving into the final stage of the INK process.

INK balance verification is now underway, and phased INK distribution is expected to begin around mid-September, following completion of the verification process.

Before distribution begins, please make sure your wallet address is correct:

- Open the cPen app and go to the Wallet page.

- Check your BSC wallet address. It must be a self-custody wallet — a wallet where you control the private keys, such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet.

- Do not use a centralized exchange (CEX) deposit address. INK will not be listed on a centralized exchange at launch. INK sent to an unsupported exchange deposit address may not be credited or recoverable.

- Once you have confirmed that your address is correct, we strongly recommend that you lock your wallet address in the app. A locked wallet address cannot be changed without verification, adding another layer of protection if someone gains unauthorized access to your account.
